The primary goal of any Manager is to
(1) manage any personalized facility like health care, education, justice delivery, sale-purchase, services, infrastructure etc..
(2) motivate the most underprivileged persons in her village/area to learn and create entrepreneurial digital projects.
(3) discuss the ideas and plans for the victim centric regional development during regular online or offline assembly at the Local Ceekul Center.
There are 2 types of Managers : (1) Manager of a particular discipline at a particular Local Ceekul Center (2) Manager of the village (or ward) taking care of every member in her area.
The Manager will be elected for the term of 4 years for the following disciplines :
