The primary goal of the Executive Council is to create an Evolving Digital System for the fastest possible ceevolution of all the cognitive systems of the universe.
The digital system will
(1) enhance the Ceebrain Potential of all the registered members.
(2) perpetuate creative competition, innovation and justice with health promoting entertainment.
(3) help the registered members to create innovative project(s) with or without the active support of mentor(s) and produce (or manufacture) their projects online after a critical demand to earn 100% profits from it.
The following disciplines will have 100 Members each who will be elected for the term of 4 years. The elected Members of all the disciplines will finally elect the Head of the Executive Council for the term of 4 years who will be called Chancellor.
